No, in-home care is not exclusive to seniors.

We provide quality in-home support to individuals of all ages who have disabilities, chronic health conditions, or limited mobility due to an accident or surgery.

Payment options vary and may include private pay, long-term care insurance, and other financial assistance programs. We can discuss these options during the consultation.

In many cases, in-home care is covered by Long-Term Care Insurance. Although we recommend checking with your insurance provider to make sure. 

If you do have coverage from Long-Term Care Insurance, we can take care of the billing process for you.

Our caregivers offer a wide range of services, including help around the house, transportation and companionship, respite care, hospice support, and specialty care for individuals with cognitive illnesses.

We only provide non-medical care to our clients.

However, we can supplement or support existing medical care by helping with medication reminders, monitoring health conditions, assisting with transportation to and from medical appointments, and creating a safe environment for healing.

Yes, our caregivers are trained to provide compassionate care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. This can include personal care, regular cognitive stimulation, companionship, and help with activities of daily living.

We only hire experienced caregivers with a proven track record of providing high-quality, compassionate care. All of our caregivers are licensed and bonded and go through a rigorous vetting process before joining our team.

We also shadow our caregivers regularly and give ongoing training to ensure they provide the best care possible.

Our caregivers are trained and certified Home Care Aides with extensive experiences. They also have continued training yearly that is mandatory. We also run thorough background checks on all of our caregivers.

Our rates are dependent on the scope of work and the hours needed to be covered. We typically offer lower rates for longer shifts, with the lowest rates being offered for 24/7 live-in care.

Caregiver-client compatibility is our top priority.

We make sure to consider your unique care needs and personal preferences when matching you with your caregiver. You also get to meet your caregiver before starting your care plan, and your contract will only begin after you are sure it’s the right fit.

Currently we are not enrolled with IHSS.

Yes, we do and could assign one of our staff to help you through the process of your approval and reimbursement.

Of course. We work with you to create a flexible care schedule that aligns with your preferences and care requirements. Whether you need support 24/7, on a daily basis, or a few times a week, our care plans are designed to accommodate you and your family’s needs.
Yes, we offer in-home care services every day, including holidays. Your care needs don’t take a break, and neither do we.
Absolutely. We understand that your needs may change over time, and we are flexible in adjusting your care schedule.
We have a dedicated team of caregivers, and in the event your regular caregiver is unavailable, we’ll ensure a qualified replacement is provided. In situations where 24/7 care is required, we coordinate our caregivers’ schedules to ensure someone is always there to support you.

We don’t recommend hiring a caregiver privately however if you prefer a Caregiver from our agency we can arrange to have the Caregiver scheduled for you or your loved one as your permanent caregiver.

Yes. While we can only guarantee caregiver availability within your scheduled hours, our Care Managers are available 24/7 by phone to take requests for support and consult on your needs.
